• Responsible for updating and maintaining lead generation and customer databases. Assist in tradeshow and event planning. Coordinate scheduling, product selection, vendor information, and display stationing.
• Responsible for scheduling appointments, assisting clients, implementing new policies, and keeping the salon running smoothly. Answering phone calls as well as questions in a timely manner. In charge of booking special events, such as bridal, spa, and birthday parties. Merchandise ordering, vender check ins, and product displays.
• Responsible for answering and directing customer calls to the right departments as well as business personnel. Answers customer’s questions about products and services with knowledge and professional tone. Handles disgruntled customers and fast paced work environment with ease.
